Flue Gas Analyzer

Main Function:
Flue Gas Analyzer, GCEM4100, can measure the concentration of CO, CO2, NO, SO2 and O2 in flue gas components. The concentration of CO, CO2, SO2 and NO is measured by advanced international optical technology, and the concentration of O2 is measured by long-life electrochemical sensors.

Performance Feature:
ü Non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analyzer has high precision and long life peirod. NDIR gas analyzer is a fast and accurate gas analysis technology with wide application range.

ü Ultraviolet (DOAS) analyzer uses full spectrum measurement and DOAS algorithm. The concentration of various gases can be measured simultaneously with the same optical and gas structure.

ü The ultraviolet spectrum avoids the absorption spectrum of CO and H2S, and the differential algorithm eliminates the cross-interference of multi-gases.

ü Ultraviolet differential technique, chemometrics and automatic spectral deviation tracking algorithm improve the accuracy and stability of the analysis.

ü The dual-range design can measure the composition of high and low concentration gases and deal with various complex working conditions.

ü The heat tracing pipeline is extracted and transported to the measuring room, which can be measured by further dedusting and water treatment.

ü 316 stainless steel probe can withstand high temperature and high humidity acid flue gas corrosion, heat tracing pipeline and cabinet pipeline are made of Teflon material.

ü Real-time monitoring, remote debugging.

ü Pretreatment system adopts modular design to facilitate equipment replacement and timely troubleshooting.

ü The fully analytical heating technology can be set to ensure that the analyzed gas can work normally even under extremely high humidity conditions.

ü Embedded modular hardware design, enhanced self-diagnosis and enhanced data processing functions and rich and flexible interfaces.

Application Fields:

The system can be applied to the continuous monitoring of the concentration of stationary pollution sources such as coal-fired chimneys, iron and steel plants, cement plants, aluminium smelters, non-ferrous metal smelters, phosphate fertilizer plants, nitric acid plants, sulphuric acid plants, petrochemical plants and large industrial chimneys of chemical fiber plants.
