Extractive Ammonia Escape Monitoring, DCEM6100,  is an automated industrial process ammonia monitoring analyzer. 

In the power plant SCR denitration process, it is required to monitor NOx / O₂ at the inlet of the SCR reactor and NOx / O₂ / NH₃ at the outlet in real time. The monitoring NOx / O₂ For environmental emissions control and denitrification efficiency calculations, monitoring NH₃ emissions, reducing corrosion, extending SCR catalyst life, and reducing ammonia salt deposition in air preheaters. The monitoring of escaped Ammonia  at SCR outlet is controlled at 2 ~ 3ppm, which prolongs the period of air preheater inspection and the period of catalyst replacement. 

The system has been designed based on the research and development of gas analysis products for many years and has been specially designed for on-line monitoring of denitration system.
